  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, only if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • To request a return, please contact us at odasse.ae@hotmail.com with your order number and reason.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of approval.
  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
We do not accept returns for used perfumes or sprays due to hygiene and product integrity.
