At ODASSE, your satisfaction is our priority.

•Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, only if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

•To request a return, please contact us at odasse.ae@hotmail.com with your order number and reason.

•Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of approval.

•Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

•Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

 

We do not accept returns for used perfumes or sprays due to hygiene and product integrity.
